DaltonMuscat Architects are delighted to have been involved with this exciting project to deliver a new two-storey office and training centre for the Ely Diocese at Lancaster Way Business Park, Ely.  The new facility incorporates state-of-the art training facilities, canteen linking to an outdoor social space, open plan offices with a panoramic view of Ely Cathedral and a prayer room.  The new head-quarters centre is highly energy efficient with heating and cooling via air source heat pumps and photovoltaic panels covering the entire roof. Electric vehicle charging points are provided within the car park area with provision for future charging points too. Ecology enhancement features include a mix of hedgehog domes, insect boxes, kestrel and bat boxes together with a soft landscape scheme designed by The Huck Partnership.
